1. General

  • By accessing or placing an order with Bombay Foods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our website, social media, or partner platforms.
  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability or errors in pricing or menu.
  • Customizations or special instructions will be honored to the best of our ability, but cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing

  • Prices listed are exclusive of taxes where applicable.
  • Delivery charges, packaging fees, or platform charges (for online orders) may apply and will be communicated at checkout.
  • Prices may differ between takeaway and online orders.

4. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and cash (only for certain services).
  • Online payments must be successfully completed to confirm your order.
  • In the case of failed payments, the order will not be processed.

5. Delivery & Pick-up

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, traffic, or order volume.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Bombay Foods is not liable for orders delayed or misplaced due to incorrect details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Refunds will be processed only in cases of:

  • Non-delivery
  • Incorrect or damaged items
  • Double payment (after verification)
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.

7. Food Allergy Disclaimer

  • Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy.
  • Customers with food allergies must inform us prior to placing the order. Bombay Foods is not responsible for allergic reactions.

8. Use of Website & Content

  • All content including images, logos, and menu designs are the property of Bombay Foods. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • You may not use our website or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

9. Liability

Bombay Foods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
