Return & Refund Policy
1. À la Carte Orders:
- Once an order is placed, no cancellation or refund will be applicable. Please confirm your order carefully before making payment.
2. Tiffin Service:
- You may cancel your tiffin for a day by calling us at least 1 day in advance.
- The cancelled meal will be carried forward to another day within the same subscription period.
- If you think you may not continue for the full month, we suggest opting for a shorter-duration subscription instead of a full-month plan.
3. Catering Orders:
- Cancellations will be eligible for a refund only if made at least 72 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations.
